Pearl's Brush Beat Cajon is a beautifully constructed cajon, with both its body and its head made from fibreglass. Both the front and sides of the cajon have a rough surface, making it ideal for use with brushes. The seat is nice and smooth, which your backside will appreciate. The cajon has a rounded sound and has a stylish black and white finish.
The sound of the Brush Beat Cajon
The Brush Beat Cajon is modelled after the Pearl Boom Box Cajon. Both have a fixed snare system and a built-in bass port. The difference lies in the texture of the surfaces. The Brush Beat Cajon has a quick attack and a clear, detailed sound. The bass port brings a deep, dynamic bass that you won't just hear - you'll feel it too.

Wat een mooie cajon. De lak schittert je tegemoet. De structuur heeft een lichte glitter, maar het gladde zwart is een soort pianolak. Echt een luxe instrument waar je mee voor de dag kunt komen. Qua geluid is hij het zelfde als mijn Boom Box van Pearl, maar door de structuur van de slagplaat kan je mooi met de brushes aan de gang. Een prachtige cajon met een diepe bastoon. Ik raak er maar niet op uitgekeken.
Bax vertelde me dat de cajon even op zich liet wachten omdat deze niet op voorraad was, maar heel onverwacht stond de cajon al de volgende dag op me te wachten. Hulde Bax....!!!
